Product Guide About How to Convert

1. After installing Lotus Calendar to ICS software on your machine. Click on "Open" to proceed with the conversion process.
   
   
   
2. For selecting the NSF file, click on "Browse" button.
   
3. Select Lotus Notes NSF file from which you would like to export calendar entries (Appointments, Meetings, Reminders, Anniversaries, etc.) Click "Open" option.
   
4. To select the destination path where migrated Calendar (i.e ICS files) will get stored, click on the other "Browse" button.
   
5. Now click on the "Export" button to initiate the process of Lotus Calendar to ICS Conversion.
   
6. After clicking on "Export", a dialog box will appear. Enter the IBM Notes User password for accessing the ID file.
   
7. After a successful migration of Lotus Notes calendars to ICS, Lotus Calendar to ICS will show the following screen.
   
8. While migrating, software acquaints you with real time progress details. The software also gives you counts on duplicates it found while migrating entries. Progress Details are shown which contain ICS File Name and the ICS Count. ICS File Name shows the name of migrating ICS file and ICS Count will show the total ICS count.
   
9. Now the migration process has finished. To exit the Lotus Calendar to ICS click on file menu then on Exit.
